The Next One Day Workshop will be

~ Monster Slaying ~

At Barnstaple Library, North Devon

Saturday, July 1st  10.00am – 3.00pm

£20.00 per person ~ Light Lunch included.

We all have our monsters and demons that get in the way of us having the life we dream of having. During this one-day workshop ~ Monster Slaying  ~ we are going to look at a natural and inbuilt way of finding out where these monsters come from and what can we do to about them.

Some of the most common monsters most of us seem to have in our lives include stress, anxiety, lack of confidence, I’m not good enough, I can’t do that, what will people think of me? The list goes on… and I’m sure you recognise at least one of these for yourself.

When we talk about monster slaying it can feel as if we need to be empowered and prepared to fight and force our way to victory, what I want to look at is a more enlightened way of monster slaying, a way that has us connecting to our wisdom and previously untapped monster slaying abilities.

This is not going to be your usual run of the mill monster slaying class, come with an open heart and mind, ready and prepared to learn things about yourself that you never knew you didn’t know.

This day is going to be fun filled but there can be a very serious side to how lost and disconnected we can become when if feels as if the ‘monsters’ in our life have more control than we do.

So also come along prepared to have your heartstrings pulled and to see changes in your life beyond what you ever imagined were possible.

And for all of this to be very simple…

Looking forward to seeing you on the 1st

Where will this understanding take you…?
